What rates do you apply for photographic edition?
We charge $0.40 per each processed image (forty U$S cents), or its equivalent in local currency. This is the lowest price in the market for this type of personalized service.

How does the service work?
You choose the images you want to improve and follow steps in Send us your Images link :
Complete the contact form. After correctly completing the form, you will be directed to our image's upload interface.
Use the interface to upload your images into our system.
Pay with PayPal.

What is PayPal?
PayPal is a world-renowned, effective, and reliable system for online payments. You must enter the numbers of your credit card and the transaction will be carried out in complete safety.

How long will the edition of my images take?
We propose a specialized service, whereby each image is analyzed and interpreted, making the necessary adjustments for optimum results. The total treatment time therefore depends on the quantity of images you send, and in their condition. Overall, it takes a week to precess 100 images.

Do you work with automatic methods ?
WE DO NOT. We believe it is not the same an image from a personal event (such as a wedding, a birthday party, etc.), or an image from businesses or product photography. Therefore, we prefer to perform a service that suits every image and every occasion, taking into account customer's feedback.
Each image is treated individually and adjustments made are adapted to the image and the corresponding situation

What are the corrections made in the basic service ?
For each image we make global corrections of brightness, saturation, exposure, white balance, correction of aberrations of the lens ( geometric and chromatic ), contrast, high and low lights, and digital noise reduction.

Which file format do you accept?
All existing image formats : JPEG, JPG, TIFF, BMP, GIF, etc.
. We also accept RAW format, and we encourage its use, because the correction possibilities (and the quality of it) on this type of image are the best.

Do all images sent will be optimized?
We will find a way to improve most of your images. However, in some extreme cases there is nothing that can do: too overexposed or underexposed images, pictures too unfocused. We will tell you if you have images in this situation, and we wont charge you for them.

Do you work with scanned images?
Yes. Contact Us for information on the best way to scan your pictures originally in paper.

Do you perform special edition?
Some treatments, due to their complexity and time required, are not included in the basic service: Removing local defects (Dust, scratches), or the edition of photographic portraits of type "Beauty" (erase wrinkles, blemishes, etc).
However, you can contact us via the contact form to establish a budget fit this kind of special edition.

Do you perform scanning and editing photographs from negatives?
Yes, and we enjoy bringing those old images into live again. However, to perform the scan we need to have the physical negative, which have to be sent to our offices in Paris. The complete treatment will take a couple of weeks. Your negatives will be return to you by mail and we will send you the digital, high resolution images, in a DVD.

What if I do not like the enhanced images ?
This risk is minimal, but it still remains due to the fact that the aesthetics of a photographic image is a subjective notion. However, we trust that our artistic judgment and our technical knowledge will be up to your expectations.
After investing time in optimizing your images, and the contend sent in high definition, we consider that our service was performed.
If you want to check the quality and convenience of our service, you can make a first "test" order with a few images (for example 5 or 10 images).

Can I print my images?
Of course. For an additional cost of USD 0.3 image, we will send you a print version for each image. You must tell about the size of print, and the resolution you need.

Printed images do not look like the ones I see on my screen
In that case, it is very likely that your screen is poorly calibrated, as in most cases.

Can EditionsPhotoArt print my images?
We can print your images with the best laboratories in Paris (NegatifPlus, or Picto). We will deliver your printed images on paper by mail (we will charge you for shipping services)
